If you want to go shopping, Tokyo is the perfect place to do that. In most cases, stores open at 10:00AM and close at 8:00PM, even on national holidays and Sundays. In some cases, they will close on Wednesdays.

Oriental Bazaar
If you want to buy some souvenirs to bring back to your family and friends, the Oriental Bazaar might be just what you need. You can buy fans, samurai swords made out of plastic, pottery and cotton yukatas, all of them at prices that are quite reasonable. The bazaar closes at 7PM and it's closed during Thursdays.

Kappabashi Dori
This is the district for restaurant wholesale products, where you can buy paper lanterns, chopsticks and sushi plastic plates, together with pottery.

100 Yen Stores
In plenty of shopping areas and in the vicinity of train stations you can find the 100 yen stores. If you want to buy souvenirs by spending very little money, 100 yen means around $1 and you can get plenty of products at this price.

Shibuya 109 Building
This building is a shopping center where you can find a lot of boutiques with trendy clothes, quite popular with teens.

Omotesando
Omotesando avenue is full of boutiques with international brand clothing and cafes where you can relax.

Takeshita-dori
A place where you can meet a lot of young people that enjoy fashion, this street is full of fashion boutiques. It's one of the places worth visiting if you're a tourist. If you want to see the latest trends in Japanese fashion, this is the place to go to.
